I had the pleasure of speaking with the franchise owner and some of the staff this week in Fort Myers, FL, as part of their grand opening celebration.
We’re very excited that we have a new Whole Foods Market opening at Daniels Marketplace in Fort Myers, and Hand & Stone is in that retail location, just a few doors down from Whole Foods. If you are familiar with Fort Myers, the retail center is located at the corner of Daniels Parkway and Six Mile Cypress.

John and his wife, Coleen recently relocated from Ohio to Naples, FL to open this franchise, and are excited about the excellent staff joining them. Patty Chafatelli brings 23 years of industry experience as she leads the day to day operations of Hand & Stone, and Ashley Hall’s friendly and welcoming smile will be right there to greet and assist you as you enter the spa.
I immediately noticed how fresh, clean and soothing the interior was, which is essential when clients are there for services. As I discussed the variety of services offered it was evident that Hand & Spa is in Fort Myers, FL to provide facial and massage services to the masses, not just higher end clients.
Pricing is surprisingly affordable, with a Lifestyle Program, a membership if you will, that costs just $59.95 per month. There is no long term commitment required, discounts are provided to members and additional perks are offered.
Even so, a client can enjoy a full hour massage or signature facial for less than $100, with many options available to personalize the service.
A full range of massage, facials, exfoliations, skin treatments and hair removal services are offered at Hand & Stone, with the ability to customize services and add service enhancements to most sessions.

I was impressed with the emphasis given to the overall client experience.
