When my friends at Naked Nutrition asked if I would be receptive to trying and then providing a review for a new product, Collagen Creamer, I was happy to oblige.
As a woman in my late 60s I put effort, every single day, into living a healthy lifestyle. While I don’t always meet that goal (don’t ask me how many Christmas cookies I’ve enjoyed over the last few weeks!), every day provides a fresh opportunity to make good choices.
Taking care of our bodies becomes more about working smarter, not harder – and incorporating collagen into our diet is one of those smart moves. Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies, responsible for maintaining the elasticity and strength of our skin, the flexibility of our joints, and the health of our hair and nails. But here’s the thing: as we age, our natural collagen production starts to decline, typically in our late 20s or early 30s. By midlife, this decline becomes more noticeable, leading to changes like fine lines, sagging skin, weaker joints, and thinning hair.
Including collagen in our diet helps replenish what our bodies are losing. Hydrolyzed collagen, like the kind found in Naked Nutrition Collagen Creamer, is particularly effective because it’s broken down into peptides that are easy for the body to absorb and use. This can make a noticeable difference in areas that often start to trouble us as we age.
For skin, collagen supplementation supports elasticity and hydration, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and keep that youthful glow. For joints, it can help maintain cartilage health and reduce stiffness – essential if you’re staying active (and let’s be real, we need our movement to stay strong and energized). And let’s not forget hair and nails! Many women notice stronger, faster-growing nails and fuller, shinier hair with regular collagen intake.
There’s also an overall health boost to consider. Collagen contains glycine, an amino acid that supports gut health, which is increasingly important for maintaining good digestion and nutrient absorption as we age. Glycine also plays a role in improving sleep quality and reducing inflammation, both of which are key to feeling your best during this stage of life.
Midlife is all about thriving, not just getting by, so these small, intentional changes like adding collagen to your daily routine can make a big impact over time. Naked Nutrition Collagen Creamer makes this easier than ever – it’s a simple, delicious way to give your body the support it deserves while enhancing something you’re already doing: enjoying your morning coffee.

Naked Nutrition is all about simplicity and transparency, and this creamer is no exception. It’s free from artificial flavors, sweeteners, and unnecessary additives, keeping it clean and effective. With 9 grams of protein and o grams of sugar per serving, you’re getting all of the healthy benefits without the carbs.
The star of the show is the hydrolyzed collagen, a form of collagen that’s been broken down into smaller peptides for better absorption, as we discussed above. This means your body can actually put it to work where it’s needed most.
What really sets this apart are the three key amino acids that play a major role in collagen production: glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. These amino acids are essential for maintaining the structure and elasticity of your skin, supporting joint health, and even promoting gut health. Glycine, in particular, has calming properties that can also contribute to better sleep quality—an unexpected bonus from your morning coffee routine!
This creamer is keto-friendly and dairy-free, making it a versatile choice for a variety of diets. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to use. It blends seamlessly into hot coffee or tea without clumping, leaving you with a smooth, creamy texture. The flavor is subtle and lightly creamy – perfect for those who want to enhance their coffee without overwhelming it.
If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to elevate your daily routine, Naked Nutrition’s Collagen Creamer is a game-changer. Clean ingredients, real results, and coffee that feels like self-care in a cup – what’s not to love?
Naked Nutrition Vanilla Collagen Creamer Product Review

This product was provided to me without charge in exchange for an honest review. My experience is detailed below.
I am a black coffee drinker, pure and simple. So keep that in mind as I discuss my experience with the Vanilla Collagen Creamer. By the way, you can also enjoy Collagen Creamer in chocolate and caramel.
If you enjoy your coffee with cream and sweetener, you will love the taste of this collagen creamer. Two scoops is the recommended serving, and when you stir it well it will dissolve completely.
The sweet taste is definitely there for you, so you don’t need to add any additional sweeteners to your java. And, you’re getting all the benefits of collagen as detailed above. Easy peasy.
I also drink tea occasionally, and will add milk and sweetener to it. The Collagen Creamer in Vanilla was a pleasant way to achieve the same effect and I received the benefit of the collagen. Win/win!
What I found the most enjoyable was to drink the Collagen Creamer as a stand-alone beverage, adding 4 to 6 ounces of heated water. It was easy to use my electric kettle to heat the water to the right temp, around 190 – 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Even though the beverage looked a little bit watery, the taste was very good – a sweet, creamy vanilla. For me, this was the perfect mid afternoon treat that satisfied my sweet tooth without reaching for…you know…a cookie. 🍪
Be sure to stir thoroughly so the creamer is well blended.
If you are an Amazon shopper you’ll be happy to know that Naked Nutrition offers many of their products on that platform, including the Collagen Creamer. You might want to check out their Amazon store, too!
So, whether you enjoy coffee with cream and sweetener, or you’d rather sip on a creamy vanilla hot drink, Naked Nutrition’s Collagen Creamer is a wise, healthy choice as a woman in midlife!
