Every item ordered through my shop, Inspirations, is created specifically for the purchaser. This is a small, boutique business and I do not keep inventory on hand.
As such, returns or exchanges are not offered if you change your mind, don’t like the color, don’t care for the product, ordered the wrong size, etc.
If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect manufacturing, or a printing issue, I may be able to replace the item for you free of charge.
I handle each request individually and always want my customers to be satisfied. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Please remember that I am donating a portion of the net profits to charity.
